Hulahoop is a Fintech platform that facilitates investment in film and entertainment, giving access to rigorously selected films (Hollywood, Europe, Bollywood). The project is led by women, and is closing its first round of funding from 500k to 2.5M, of which they have already raised 320k. One of their most important assets is the network of advisors and collaborators they have both in the US and Europe, in charge of capturing top-level film projects and structuring them into viable financial products (Tomas Jegeus, former President of Global Distribution and Marketing at 20th Century Fox) or the Andersen law firm, with which Hulahoop works on the financial optimisation of films.
