For the second year in a row we are organising again this meeting of public television channels that support and co-produce animation works between the various autonomous communities. Discussion of the current and future vision of the financing of animation projects between communities.
Among the participants of this round table are RTVE, TV3 and À punt.
MUNTSA TARRÉS
Degree in Information Sciences from the UAB in 1992. Since 2015 she has been an associate lecturer on the Audiovisual Communication Degree at the Universitat de Barcelona. She is also executive producer of the Department of children’s and animation co-productions at TV3 since March 2021. Previously, she has worked at TV3 as executive producer of the New Formats Department, as producer of ‘La Marató de TV3’, as executive producer of the Documentary Department (from 2008 to 2019), as producer of the programmes ‘30 minuts’ and ‘60 minuts’, and as a news editor.
YAGO FANDIÑO
Director of RTVE’s Children’s Contents Area and Clan channel. He previously held the post of Deputy Director of Children’s Content and Interactive Media at RTVE. With more than 20 international co-productions to his credit, his work has been recognised with different awards, such as the Iris awards from the Television Academy for the best children’s programme 2019, 2020 and 2021 for ‘Lunnis de Leyenda’, ‘Aprendemos en Casa’ and ‘Aprendemos en Clan’, the ‘Debate’ and the award for the best children’s programme at the New York Festival for the special episode of ‘Lunnis de Leyenda at the Prado Museum’. He is a member of the EBU’s team of Experts in Children’s Content and as a result of the ‘Aprendemos en Clan’ project, he has taken part in numerous meetings and seminars on the new role of Educational Television.
