In the field of animation and video games, cooperatives promote collaboration, equality in decision-making, and fair distribution of profits. COCETA (Spanish Confederation of Worker Cooperatives) promotes this model as a way to strengthen the sector, encouraging collective projects that bring together talent, innovation, and social commitment.
