In the 19th Century, Frank, a teen apprentice inventor and Mary, a genius farmer kid, team up to create inventions to fix their town’s strong pollution caused by a mysterious magic accident while Victor, Frank’s alchemist uncle, tries to sabotage them to achieve his dark purposes.
